With hundreds of requests per month during peak times for some 500 student rooms in Leuven by students and/or their parents, it became an impossible task to announce the availability and facilities every time.

It was also a titanic job to draw up the contracts. A software package was in use, but it was too generic and had flaws that necessitated a custom package.
